Viewing Past Orders and Invoices

Accessing Your Rental History and Financial Records

Holodxb provides a convenient way to review your past rental orders and access your invoices directly through your client account. This helps you keep track of your expenses and event history.

1. Logging into Your Account:

• Website Access: Go to the Holodxb website and click on the "Client Login" or "My Account" link.

• Credentials: Enter your registered email address and password.

• Trouble Logging In? Use the "Forgot Password" option if needed, or contact our customer service for assistance.

2. Navigating to Orders/Invoices:

Once logged in, look for sections commonly labeled as:

• "My Orders"

• "Rental History"

• "Invoices"

• "Billing"

• "Past Projects"
  Click on the relevant section to view a list of your previous Holodxb rentals.

3. Reviewing Order Details:

• Order Summary: Each entry in your order history will typically show a summary, including:

  • Order number / Rental ID

  • Event name / Project title

  • Rental dates

  • Holobox model(s) rented

  • Total cost

  • Order status (e.g., Completed, Paid)

• Detailed View: Click on a specific order to view more details, such as additional services included, delivery and pickup schedules, and any specific notes.

4. Accessing and Downloading Invoices:

• Invoice Link/Button: Within each order's detailed view, or directly from the "Invoices" section, you should find a link or button to "View Invoice" or "Download Invoice" (often as a PDF).

• Multiple Invoices: For some projects, there might be multiple invoices (e.g., deposit invoice, final balance invoice). Ensure you download all relevant documents.

5. Historical Data Retention:

• Holodxb securely stores your past order and invoice information for your convenience and record-keeping.
