Keeping Your Payment Details Current for Seamless Bookings
Ensuring your payment information is up-to-date streamlines the booking process for your future Holodxb holobox rentals.
1. Accessing Your Account:
Login: Go to the Holodxb website and log into your client account using your registered email and password.
2. Navigating to Payment Settings:
Once logged in, look for sections such as:
"Payment Methods"
"Billing Information"
"Wallet" (if applicable)
3. Adding or Updating Credit/Debit Card Details:
Add New Card: If you wish to add a new card, look for an "Add Payment Method" or "Add Credit Card" option. You will typically be prompted to enter:
Card Number
Expiration Date (MM/YY)
CVV/CVC (Card Verification Value, usually on the back of the card)
Cardholder Name
Billing Address associated with the card
Update Existing Card: If your card's expiration date has changed or you need to update other details, you might be able to edit an existing entry. For security reasons, you may need to re-enter the full card number or CVV.
Set as Default: If you have multiple cards, you can usually select one as your default payment method for future transactions.
4. Other Payment Method Preferences:
While most recurring payment updates are for cards, you can also update your preferred method for receiving invoices for bank transfers or cheque payments within your account's billing preferences.
5. Security Information:
Encrypted Storage: Holodxb uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to process and store your payment information, adhering to industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS compliance). Your full card details are not directly stored on our servers.
Verification: For security, new or updated card details may require a small pre-authorization charge (which will be refunded) to verify authenticity.
6. Saving Changes:
Always ensure you click "Save," "Update," or "Confirm" to apply any changes to your payment information.
Important Note:
For specific invoices or immediate payments for an active rental, you may receive a direct payment link via email that allows you to pay securely without needing to update your saved details.
