Seamless Logistics for Your Holodxb Rental
Coordinating the delivery and pickup of your Holodxb holobox is a crucial part of our service. We work closely with you to ensure timely and efficient logistics for your event.
1. Initial Scheduling (During Booking):
Confirmation: During the booking process, we will work with you to establish precise delivery and pickup dates and preferred time windows based on your event schedule and venue access requirements. These times will be noted in your rental agreement.
Key Information: Please provide accurate event dates, venue address, and a primary contact person (with phone number) who will be present during delivery and pickup.
2. Pre-Delivery/Pickup Confirmation:
Reminder: Our logistics team will typically contact you [e.g., 24-48 hours] prior to the scheduled delivery and pickup times to re-confirm all details, including exact timing and any last-minute venue instructions.
Contact Person: Ensure the designated contact person is aware of these timings and is available to receive/release the equipment.
3. Delivery Process:
Arrival: Our professional logistics team will arrive at your venue within the agreed-upon time window.
Venue Access: Please ensure clear access for our team to the setup location. Inform us in advance of any restrictions (e.g., loading dock requirements, specific entry points, elevator access, parking permits).
On-Site Coordination: Our team will coordinate with your venue's staff and your designated contact to ensure a smooth and efficient offloading and placement of the holobox.
Setup: If professional setup is included in your package, our technicians will proceed with the installation and testing of the unit.
4. Pickup Process (After Your Event):
Preparation: Before the scheduled pickup time, please ensure the holobox is powered down, all content removed (if applicable), and ready for

Inspection: Our team will conduct a brief visual inspection of the equipment upon collection.
Loading: The holobox will be carefully loaded back into our transport vehicle.
Important Considerations:
Changes to Schedule: If your event schedule changes, please notify your Holodxb account manager immediately. While we strive to be flexible, last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
Venue Rules: Familiarize yourself with your venue's rules and timings for deliveries and collections. Share this information with us during booking.
Clear Pathways: Ensure pathways from loading areas to the holobox's location are clear of obstacles.
