Understanding Our Rental Policies

Holodxb aims for clarity and fairness in all our rental agreements. This section outlines our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Please refer to your specific rental agreement for the precise terms applicable to your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than X Days Prior to Event: If you cancel your rental booking more than [e.g., 30] days before the scheduled delivery date, your initial deposit may be refunded, or a portion retained as an administration fee. (Specific percentage/amount will be in agreement).

  • Between X and Y Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made between [e.g., 15-29] days before the delivery date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a percentage of the total rental cost may be charged.

  • Less than Y Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made less than [e.g., 14] days before the delivery date will typically incur the full rental charge, as the equipment has been reserved and prepared, making it difficult to re-rent.

  • Custom Content/Services: Fees for any custom content creation or specialized services that have already been rendered (or are in progress) are typically non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

  • Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to your Holodxb account manager. The effective cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notification.

Rescheduling Your Rental:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring event date changes.

  • Rescheduling Request: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your rental. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Availability Check: We will check the availability of your requested holobox model(s) for your new event dates. Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability.

  • Rescheduling Fees:

    • More than X Days Prior: Rescheduling more than [e.g., 30] days before your original delivery date may be possible without a fee, though any price difference due to peak seasons or longer duration would apply.

    • Less than X Days Prior: Rescheduling within [e.g., 30] days of your original delivery date may incur a rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and potential loss of other bookings.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of genuine force majeure (e.g., government-mandated closures, natural disasters), we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution, which may include credit for future rentals or reduced fees.
