Secure and Convenient Payment Options

Holodxb strives to make the payment process for your holobox rental as simple and secure as possible.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience:

  • Bank Transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer): This is our preferred method for larger transactions. All necessary bank details will be provided on your invoice. Please ensure you include your invoice number as a reference.

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payments can typically be processed securely online via a payment link or over the phone.

  • Cheque: Company cheques are accepted, but please note that equipment release or booking confirmation may be subject to cheque clearance.

  • Cash: For smaller transactions or specific arrangements, cash payments may be accepted at our office. Please confirm with your account manager.

Invoicing Process:

Our invoicing process is designed for clarity and transparency.

  • Initial Invoice/Proforma: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an initial invoice or proforma invoice detailing the deposit required to secure your rental.

  • Final Invoice: A final invoice will be issued according to the payment schedule outlined in your rental agreement. This typically occurs before delivery or upon completion of the rental period.

  • Detailed Breakdown: Each invoice will provide a clear breakdown of:

    • Rental fees for the holobox(es)

    • Charges for delivery, setup, and de-installation

    • Costs for any additional services (e.g., content creation, technical support)

    • Applicable VAT or other taxes

    • Payment due dates

    • Your unique invoice number and reference

Payment Terms:

  • Deposits: An upfront deposit is typically required to confirm your booking and reserve the equipment.

  • Payment Schedule: The full balance is generally due prior to the equipment being dispatched for delivery. Specific payment terms will be clearly stated in your rental agreement.

  • Overdue Payments: Please note that late payments may incur charges as per the terms in your rental agreement.
