Standard Rental Durations:

We offer several standard rental periods designed to cover most event types and durations:

• Daily Rentals: Ideal for short events, product launches, one-off presentations, or very focused activations. This option provides maximum flexibility for brief engagements.

• Weekend Rentals: Conveniently covers events typically spanning from Friday through Sunday. Perfect for weekend-long trade shows, festivals, or public exhibitions.

• Weekly Rentals: Suitable for longer exhibitions, multi-day trade shows, extended marketing campaigns, or temporary retail pop-ups. This offers a cost-effective solution for periods longer than a few days.

• Monthly Rentals: Available for extended brand activations, long-term retail installations, museum exhibits, or permanent display needs where the holobox becomes a semi-fixtures.

• Custom Periods: If your project requires a specific duration outside our standard options – whether it's for a few hours, several weeks, or multiple months – please discuss it with our sales team during the quote request process. Extending Your Rental:

We understand that event plans can evolve, sometimes requiring an extension of your holobox rental period. We strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate these changes. If you wish to extend your holobox rental, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify your Holodxb account manager or our rental department as soon as you anticipate needing an extension. This is crucial because our holoboxes are high-demand items and are often booked for subsequent events. Early notification significantly increases the likelihood of securing your extension.

2. Check Availability: Upon receiving your request, we will promptly check the availability of your specific holobox model for the desired extension period. We'll also confirm if any other bookings might conflict.

3. Receive Extension Quote: If the holobox is available, we will provide a new quote for the extended duration. This quote will be based on our current daily, weekly, or monthly rates, depending on the length of the extension and potential changes in rental tiers.

4. Confirm Extension: Upon your acceptance of the new quote and any necessary additional payment, we will update your rental agreement to reflect the extended period. A revised agreement or addendum will be sent to you for your records.

Important Notes Regarding Extensions:

• Early Notification is Key: The earlier you inform us of a potential extension, the higher the chance of securing the specific equipment you are currently using. Last-minute requests may be difficult to accommodate if the unit is pre-booked for another client.

• Pricing Adjustments: Extension rates may differ from the initial rental price.
