For your peace of mind and efficient event planning, Holodxb strives to keep you informed about the whereabouts of your holobox during its transit to and from your venue.

1. Delivery Confirmation and Updates:

  • Pre-Delivery Call: Our logistics team will contact your designated event contact person [e.g., 24-48 hours] before the scheduled delivery time to confirm the exact delivery window.

  • On-Route Notification: For most deliveries, our team can provide a courtesy call or message when they are en route to your location, giving you an estimated arrival time.

  • Direct Communication: The driver or logistics coordinator may be reachable via phone during the delivery window for immediate updates. Their contact details will be shared with your designated contact person.

2. Return Pickup Confirmation and Updates:

  • Pre-Pickup Call: Similar to delivery, our team will confirm the scheduled pickup time with your designated contact person.

  • On-Route Notification: A call or message can be provided when our team is en route for collection.

3. Dedicated Account Manager:

  • Your dedicated Holodxb account manager is always available to provide updates on your rental's logistics. Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you have any questions about the transit status.

  • No Real-Time GPS Tracking Link: While we provide direct communication, we typically do not offer a public, real-time GPS tracking link for individual holobox shipments, as our deliveries are handled by our specialized internal team or trusted, dedicated logistics partners rather than standard courier services.
