What we bring
The Holobox unit in protective cases, all required cabling, a calibration laptop, and a small toolkit. If on-site standby is booked, the technician travels with the kit.

What you provide
A cleared placement area, a stable wall outlet within three meters, network access if you want remote content updates, and someone from your team to sign off placement.

Install timing
Plan for 60 to 120 minutes between truck arrival and live. Calibration takes about 20 minutes by itself. We arrive earlier than that on event days as a buffer.

Daily checks
On multi-day rentals, we recommend a five-minute morning check: power up, content cycle, dashboard heartbeat. If anything looks off, WhatsApp support immediately.
