Quotes go out within one working day of receiving your brief. Complex multi-unit setups or custom content scopes may take an extra day for the content team to scope.

What the quote covers
Hardware rental, install and pack-down, calibration, remote content management dashboard, and standby support by phone or WhatsApp.

What's quoted separately
Custom 3D content production, on-site standby technicians, multi-unit setups beyond a single Holobox, and venues that require special install permits.

Locking dates
We hold the dates informally for 72 hours. To convert that into a confirmed booking we need a signed agreement and a deposit. Until then the dates are first-come, first-served.
