Payment methods
Bank transfer in AED is the default. Card payment is available for amounts under AED 25,000.

Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm dates. The deposit is fully credited against the final invoice. If the agreement is cancelled inside the cancellation window, the deposit is partially or fully retained as per the contract.

VAT
All quotes and invoices show VAT separately at the prevailing UAE rate. We are VAT-registered and our TRN is on every invoice.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within seven working days from receipt of bank details.
