4. On-Site Coordination: We coordinate directly with your venue's event managers or designated contact person to ensure smooth access and placement upon arrival.

5. Setup and Testing: If your package includes on-site setup, our technical experts will unbox, install, and fully test the holobox to guarantee optimal performance.

Pickup and Return Logistics:

The return process is just as meticulously managed.

1. Scheduled Pickup: Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time to carefully de-install and package the holobox.

2. Inspection: A brief inspection of the unit will be conducted on-site.

3. Secure Transport Back: The holobox will be safely transported back to our facility.
